Chris Beinke
Trumpet Soloist







Chris started playing when he was in fourth grade, using a cornet which he was given from his church’s storage (he still plays it). He eventually learned to play all the brass instruments and also fills in on percussion when needed!


Chris graduated from Enumclaw High School in 2012 and went to the University of Wyoming, pursuing degrees in music education and music performance. While in college, he performed with his college marching band, Western Thunder. He was also able to perform with the Drum Corps International group, Casper Troopers, and substituted for local ensembles. He has assisted teaching High school marching band over the last 9 years including writing show drill for Enumclaw High School and currently teaches private lessons on all brass instruments at

Enumclaw Music for the last 2 years.


He recently graduated with his Bachelor's degree

in business administration management from WGU.


Chris has performed a couple solos for competition: Haydn's “Trumpet Concerto in Eb” as well as Arban’s and Clarks' “Variations on The Carnival of Venice”.


Chris is married and he and his wife, Sage, have two children, Hermione and Archer. They live in Enumclaw, where he works for Mutual of Enumclaw.
